Introduction to
Flamenco movement and music
This class is an introduction to everything Flamenco: the origins, the rhythms, clapping (palmas), footwork, and upper body movement. Music and palmas. This is a low-impact class.. 🎶
No dance experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome. To keep the experience accessible, Flamenco shoes are not required, tennis shoes are fine. Come as you are

Beginning technique & choreography Alegrias de Camaron
Alegrias is a popular traditional Flamenco form that embodies happiness. In this class, we combine the music and legacy of Flamenco's greatest artist, Camarón de la Isla, with this joyful expression of Flamenco. In addition to learning the 12-count rhythm and the structure of an alegrias, we also will learn the poetic and profound lyrics of CamarOn de la Isla for alegrias.
This class is held on September 10th, 17th, 24th and October 1st from 3:00-4:00 p. m. at Theatre Puget Sound located on the 4th floor of the Seattle Center Armory.
Seguiriyas & Soleá Technique & Choreography
Seguiriyas & Soleá are profound and somber forms of cante condo (deep song) in flamenco, originating from 18th-century Andalusian Romani culture. Known for extreme emotional intensity, a complex 12-beat Compas and themes of death, sorrow, and tragic love.
This class is held on September 10th, 17th, 24th and October 1st 4:00-5:00 p. m. at Theatre Puget Sound located on the 4th floor of the Seattle Center Armory.


These classes are inclusive, positive and safe. We come together to dance and enjoy the art of Flamenco in a relaxed and compassionate environment..
Flamenco music is deeply cathartic. While Seguiriya and Soleá are advanced styles, beginners are welcome to join and familiarize themselves with these profound musical forms.

Yes, children 10 and above are welcome to any class, private groups can book classes for younger children and parents. Savannah also offers custom choreography sessions for all occasions.
How long is each class?
Classes are all 60 minutes consecutively

Absolutely, private lessons are available and can be scheduled at your convenience.
Do you offer school presentations?
Yes, I bring flamenco dance presentations to schools, sharing culture, history, and movement with students.
